Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp/Ongoing

\n \nThe Role\n \n

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join a well-established FMCGbusiness.

\n

This role involves deliveries to shops and businesses across Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton, Guildford, Bournemouth, and Salisbury of pallets and cages, maximum 5 drops per day. You'll play a key role in ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining a high level of customer service.

\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \n

\n
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

\n

• Complete deliveries across your assigned route

\n

• Deliver goods to retail stores and commercial customers

\n

• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently

\n

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries

\n

• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point

\n

• Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle logs

\n

• Comply with all driving laws, WTD regulations, and health & safety standards

\n\n \nRequirements\n \n

\n
• Valid Class 2 licence

\n

• CPC qualification and Digital Tacho Card

\n

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred

\n

• Good knowledge of the South Coast and surrounding areas

\n

• Strong time management and organisational skills

\n

• Physically fit for manual handling duties

\n

• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
