We're looking for a motivated school or college leaver to join our Commercial Team in Milton Keynes as a Management Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain real industry experience, and develop a long-term career in the fast-moving world of housebuilding.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‐on exposure to:
Procurement and buying
Cost management and budgeting
Working with subcontractors and suppliers
Financial reporting and commercial processes
The full housebuilding and construction journey
What You'll Be Doing
As a Management Trainee within the Commercial Team, you will:
Support the Commercial Team with day‐to‐day project and administrative activities
Gain exposure to estimating, procurement, surveying, and cost control processes
Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination
Learn how commercial decisions impact the delivery of housing developments
Carry out assigned tasks and project work accurately and to agreed deadlines
Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities
Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments
Take ownership of your learning and professional developmentFully engage with training and apprenticeship requirements throughout the programme

Essential Requirements
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
Completed or predicted completion of a Level 3 qualification (A Levels, T Level, or equivalent)
Right to work in the UK
Ability to travel between sites and offices when required
