The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems of all sizes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise within a positive and dynamic environment.

The position requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to to provide friendly customer service. The focus for the job is residential business (Single-Split & Multi-Split installation) and light commercial applications but based on your preference/experience you will get exposure to larger commercial jobs as we have sister company which is doing larger scale HVAC projects predominantly in Kent.

We are dedicated to provide further opportunities to grow in the job and up-skill through enrollment to manufacturer led training courses.

Duties

  • Install, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning units and systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Especially, installation of residential Split / Multi-Split units.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using schematics and technical manuals, diagnosing faults accurately.
  • Understanding of schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals to facilitate installation and repair tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, including repairs, replacements, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead Split installations and contribute to projects involving commercial HVAC systems.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in installation and maintenance of air-conditioning systems.
  • Experience in installation of Single Split systems and Multi Split systems.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC equipment repair and installation.
  • Familiarity with basic schematics, technical drawings, and system diagnostics tools.
  • Experience in equipment repair within construction or industrial environments is desirable.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to HVAC installation and maintenance is essential. This role offers an engaging environment for professionals passionate about maintaining high standards in climate control systems through expert engineering practices.
