Our client is a well-established, highly regarded independent estate agency in Burgess Hill who are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to strengthen their successful sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven individual looking to build a rewarding career within the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth.
• Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in estate agency (essential)
• A confident, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Local knowledge of Burgess Hill and surrounding areas (beneficial)
