*Team Leader – Hard & Soft Landscaping*

*Location:* Redhill & Surrounding Areas

*Contract:* Part-Time, with potential to move to Full-Time after probation

*Salary:* Competitive, DOE

*The Role*

We’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious Team Leader to run day-to-day site operations and lead by example. This is a 50/50 role: delivering high-standard landscaping work while managing and supporting the on-site team. It’s a great opportunity to grow your career with a business that’s expanding.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Site Management:* Oversee daily operations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard

- *Hands-On Landscaping:* Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, including paving, groundworks, decking, fencing, and planting to design specifications

- *Project Estimating:* Visit prospective sites to measure, assess client needs, and report back to management for accurate quotations

- *Team Leadership:* Lead, motivate, and support crew members while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety standards

- *Client Relations:* Act as a professional point of contact on site, building strong client relationships

*Essential Requirements*

- Proven experience and high competence in all areas of hard and soft landscaping

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

- Full, clean UK driving licence – proof required

- Full, clean DBS check

- Portfolio of completed projects and professional references

*Desirable*

- Valid CSCS cards for plant machinery, chainsaw, etc.

- Bricklaying qualifications

- Relevant Health & Safety certifications
