Class 1 Day Driver - Store Delivery

Job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Day Driver.

The role involves completing scheduled day-time store deliveries, ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and with excellent customer service as you will be responsible for moving cages into shops. This is a reliable, ongoing position + weekend shifts available.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude as you will be dealing with members of the public
• Previous store delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
• Day shifts - 03:00 - 11:00
• minimum 6 months pass, 3 months experience required
• No more than 6 points, no DR, DG or DD expired or present

Details:

• Roll cages into shops
• Day shifts - 03:00 - 11:00 (flexible start times)
• Monday to Friday, weekends available
• Weekdays £20ph
• Saturdays £21.50ph
• Minimum 8 hours
