Founders' Associate | Vamoa | SW London (Hybrid)

We're Vamoa, a full service Amazon agency. We help ambitious brands grow across the UK, EU and US, and we're looking for someone to grow with us.

This is a rare seat. You'll work directly alongside both founders, with a front-row view of how an agency gets built. If you're ambitious, organised and want real responsibility early, keep reading.

What you'll actually do

A bit of everything, which is the point. On any given week that might look like:

• Pulling together client reports and performance summaries
• Research, lead list building and prospect briefs
• Drafting emails, LinkedIn posts and marketing content
• Quality-checking client work before it goes out
• Organising meetings, events and travel
• Keeping our systems (HubSpot and others) clean and on top of
• Whatever else helps the wider team focus on delivery

You won't be doing the same thing every day. You'll be the person who makes everything run smoother.

Who we're looking for

• Sharp, ORGANISED and genuinely proactive (you spot what needs doing before being asked)
• A strong writer who can switch between an email, a report and a LinkedIn post
• Comfortable juggling lots of moving parts without dropping any
• Hungry to learn ecommerce, marketing and how a business is built
• Bonus points for any Amazon, agency or marketing exposure but attitude beats experience here

The details

• £28k base plus a 15% performance-based bonus
• Hybrid, based in Fulham, London
• Real career progression. This role grows as we do
