About The Role:

The Crowd are partnered with a boutique, design-led interior consultancy that are going from strength to strength in their space. Following continued success and an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join their friendly, collaborative, and social London team.


In this role you will support the wider team in delivering design-led, responsibly sourced projects by managing quotations, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring sales processes run smoothly and accurately. Working across key accounts and complex projects, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards, improving processes, and providing exceptional client service throughout the sales cycle. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in a coordination or project-based role who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and client enquiries
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support project delivery
  • Source products and obtain supplier pricing and commercial information.
  • Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems
  • Support project administration, including samples, logistics, meeting preparation, and action tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and support continuous improvement initiatives


Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience in a supplier-led or design-led environment preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and quotations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with a willingness to take ownership
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
