Registered Manager – Supported Living
Birmingham
£40,000–£50,000 DOE
Full-Time | Monday–Friday + On-Call
Lead. Inspire. Deliver Outstanding Care.
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living services across Birmingham and Coventry.
You'll drive service quality, inspire your team, maintain CQC compliance, and make a real difference to adults with mental health needs, forensic backgrounds, and complex support needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Maintain CQC compliance and service quality.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and governance.
- Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, Commissioners, and NHS partners.
- Drive service improvement and growth.
About You
✔ 2+ years' management experience in Supported Living or Complex Care.
✔ Strong knowledge of CQC, MCA, DoLS, safeguarding, and risk management.
✔ Level 5 Leadership qualification (or working towards).
✔ Full UK driving licence.
