SEN Teacher
We are working exclusively with a friendly Primary School in central Northampton, keen to appoint a quality SEN Teacher to lead a small group of KS1 children within their nurturing Resource Base.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with teaching experience to step into a friendly, thriving classroom environment and teach 10 children with speech and communication needs!
Job specification:
- Full-time, permanent role
- Lead a small Resource Base of 10 KS1 children with speech and communication needs
- Start ASAP on a permanent basis (notice period dependent)
- Up to £51,000 salary DOE
Person specification:
- QTS/QTLS essential
- Teaching experience within mainstream/SEN environments
- Passion for KS1 with ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive activities across the curriculum
- Build strong rapport with your 10 children as well as parents and the classroom's 4 Teaching Assistants
