Apprentice Service Advisor - Mazda, Gloucester

We're looking for an experienced Apprentice Service Advisor to join our Mazda Dealership in Gloucester

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
• Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service
• To take an active part in upholding the company's health and safety polices
• Speaking to our customers about service requirements
• Completing service pre calls with clients and setting expectations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained
• Upselling of products and services
• Becoming a product expert well versed with all features of our vehicles

What We're Looking For

• You will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey, this is a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9 - 4 (A - C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
• Be imaginative, like a challenge and problem solving
• Be a self-starter, creative, fresh thinker who is ready to represent the brand
• Able to create positive customer experiences from brilliant basics to the customer wow factor.
