The Role

  • Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Ensure the smooth running of facilities.
  • Liaise with contractors.
  • Perform maintenance compliance tasks including: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical systems, Resident emergency systems, Equipment repairs, Interior and exterior finishes.
