Graphic Designer (Senior / Midweight – Digital Focus)

Salary: £55,000


A leading workplace design studio is looking to appoint a Graphic Designer to strengthen its creative capability and support the evolution of its visual and digital output. This is a blended role, open to both strong midweight and senior-level designers who can bring fresh thinking, digital ambition, and high-quality execution to a fast-paced, design-led environment.

The role sits at the intersection of traditional graphic design and emerging digital practice, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, innovation, and the use of new tools and technologies.


Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality design work across branding, workplace, and communication projects
  • Contribute to both print and digital outputs, with a growing focus on digital-first and interactive design
  • Support the development of more motion-led, UX-aware, and experimental creative work
  • Collaborate with senior creatives and wider project teams to develop ideas and concepts
  • Take ownership of projects where appropriate, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Explore and integrate AI and emerging creative technologies into workflows and outputs
  • Help evolve the studio’s creative approach beyond traditional graphic design


Software & tools

  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Adobe XD (or equivalent prototyping tools)
  • Experience with motion or interactive tools is a plus
  • Exposure to AI design tools and emerging creative platforms is highly desirable


What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience as a Graphic Designer (midweight to senior level considered)
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative thinking
  • Interest or experience in digital design, UX, motion, or interactive content
  • Comfortable working with new tools, platforms, and emerging technologies (including AI)
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial and project delivery requirements
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to push creative boundaries
