Salary Grade: £36.66 to £39.93 per hour (pending pay review, dependent on experience)

We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic and highly skilled Percussion Tutor to join our Junior RNCM team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented young musicians aged 8-18, helping to develop the next generation of percussionists in a supportive and ambitious musical environment.

Junior RNCM is a vibrant community of gifted young musicians aged 8 to 18 who come together to develop their talent within the Royal Northern College of Music. Every Saturday during term time the RNCM is their home; a place to study with exceptional tutors, perform with like-minded people and make long-lasting friendships.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality individual and chamber music lessons across the range of 'orchestral' percussion. They will guide students through their musical development, including preparing for auditions, concerts and conservatoire entry.
