About the Company
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR and Accounts Supervisor to provide high-quality support to a growing business. This is a permanent varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across HR, accounts and general office administration and takes pride in supporting a smooth and efficient workplace
HR
- Maintain accurate personnel records.
- Proactive with Personnel management and admin.
- Undertake monthly payroll processing when covering absences.
Accounts Receivable
- Assist in the creation of monthly sales invoices
- Cash receipt allocations / Daily Banking
Accounts Payable
- Process purchase invoices & credit card spend
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations
- Resolve queries efficiently and ensure accurate ledger postings
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
Monthly Accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of account codes
- Post Prepayments/Accruals
- Generate monthly Management Accounts
Skills (Required):
- Microsoft Excel/Outlook experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in an ERP system and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Accounts, HR & Payroll experience – minimum of 3 years
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Problem solving skills
Skills (Preferred):
- Xero experience
