Job description

About Voise Tech

Voise Tech is a global technology company delivering innovative programmatic advertising solutions across CTV, DOOH, Display, Video, Retail Media, Mobile and Audio.

Operating across North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC and the Middle East, we work with leading publishers, advertisers and technology partners to deliver transparent, scalable and performance-driven advertising solutions.

As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive and commercially minded Commercial Operations Executive to work directly alongside our Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to commercial strategy, executive operations and cross-functional business execution within a fast-growing global technology company.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining executive support, commercial operations, sales enablement and cross-functional coordination to ensure business priorities continue to move forward efficiently.

Working closely with the Senior Commercial Operations Manager and directly supporting the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will act as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, helping align priorities, drive accountability and remove operational bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, commercially aware and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Manage the Co-Founder & CCO's calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings and commitments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes and supporting documentation.
  • Take ownership of meeting logistics and ensure all attendees are appropriately prepared.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Be available for occasional international travel to industry events and business meetings, sometimes at short notice. (A valid UK or EU visa is therefore required.)

Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Track actions arising from meetings and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against agreed deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Identify operational blockers and escalate where appropriate to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain clear visibility of priorities across departments.

Sales Enablement

  • Support the Commercial team with proposal coordination, client presentations and sales collateral.
  • Assist with CRM management, ensuring pipeline accuracy and data hygiene.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and commercial requests across internal teams.
  • Ensure sales documentation remains accurate, up to date and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with Sales, Client Services, Product and Operations to improve commercial efficiency.

Cross-Department Alignment

  • Act as the operational link between the Co-Founder & CCO and key departments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Organize recurring leadership meetings and track business objectives.
  • Improve communication between Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance and Marketing teams.
  • Help establish and refine internal processes that improve operational efficiency.

Operational Support

  • Maintain project trackers, action logs and executive reporting dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline internal administrative processes.
  • Prepare executive summaries, status updates and business reports.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects led by the Co-Founder & CCO.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using project management platforms.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Experience within Digital Media, AdTech, MarTech or Programmatic Advertising.
  • Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs and digital advertising workflows.
  • Experience supporting founders, senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Experience supporting commercial operations or sales enablement.
  • Previous experience within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

Personal Attributes

  • Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Naturally proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Commercially aware and solutions-oriented.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Highly trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and continuously looking for ways to improve processes.

Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Effective management of the Co-Founder & CCO's priorities and schedule.
  • High completion rate of meeting actions and follow-ups.
  • Improved communication and alignment across departments.
  • Increased efficiency of commercial and operational workflows.
  • Consistent delivery of projects and initiatives within agreed timelines.
  • Positive feedback from leadership and cross-functional teams.

Who This Role Would Suit

This role is ideally suited to someone in their second or third professional role who is looking to accelerate their career by working directly alongside the leadership team of a fast-growing global technology company.

If you are highly organized, commercially minded and eager to gain exposure across business operations, commercial strategy and executive decision-making, this role offers an outstanding opportunity to learn, grow and make a meaningful impact.
