Junior Sales ExecutiveLocation: GolborneSalary: Up to £40,000 10% annual bonus (DOE)We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is looking to develop their skills across both account management and new business development.You will play a key role in supporting existing customer relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you will help drive revenue growth and deliver excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities of this Junior Sales Executive role:Support the management of existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and responsivenessIdentify and develop new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, and inbound enquiriesPrepare and follow up on quotations, pricing requests, and tendersHandle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently, escalating where requiredBuild strong customer relationships and understand client needs to deliver tailored solutionsAttend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events where requiredMonitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider teamMaintain accurate records and activity within internal systems (ERP/CRM)Support general sales administration and reportingWhat we are looking for Junior Sales Executive role:13 years experience in FMCG sales (essential)Proven experience in both account management and new business developmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and proactive with a commercial mindsetGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience using ERP or CRM systems is desirableDegree educated (preferred but not essential)Whats on Offer forthis Junior Sales Executive role:Competitive salary up to £40,000Opportunity to develop within a growing, dynamic FMCG businessExposure to both key account management and business developmentClick Apply, or contact Jamie Garcia - Courtice for more info:Thank you for your application.
