International Business Marketing Manager IGT-Devices (Coronary Vascular)

Job Description
Drive go‐to‐market strategy and demand generation for the full IGTD portfolio across international markets, with a focus on Region North (UK & Nordics).

Responsibilities

Own end‐to‐end marketing strategy and execution for the IGTD portfolio, acting as the key marketing lead for Region North.

Drive demand generation and adoption of the One IGT proposition, with a strong focus on vessel preparation solutions.

Define and execute go‐to‐market plans aligned with global strategy, adapting them to local market dynamics and customer needs.

Lead product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio positioning to maximize market impact.

Develop pricing, value propositions, and data‐driven marketing plans based on market and competitor insights.

Deliver integrated omni‐channel campaigns (digital, events, field) to increase engagement and utilisation.

Collaborate cross‐functionally with global marketing, sales, and clinical stakeholders, and engage KOLs and customers to build strong market presence.

Qualifications

3–5 years in downstream marketing, preferably in MedTech or Healthcare.

Experience managing broad product/solution portfolios and leading market‐specific initiatives.

Strong go‐to‐market execution and ability to translate global strategies into local impact.

Solid analytical skills (market insights, pricing, competitive analysis).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.

Knowledge of image‐guided therapy or interventional cardiology is a strong asset.

Willingness to travel (~30%).

Working Arrangements
