Evening Event Supervisor (6 posts)

Job description

You will lead event operations on shift, coordinate event staff and contractors, and help ensure an exceptional experience for guests while safeguarding the Museum's collections and spaces.

You will supervise event set‐up and breakdown, lead team briefings, liaise with clients and suppliers, respond to incidents, and maintain high standards of customer service, safety and professionalism throughout each event.

This is a permanent variable hours (paid as claimed) post. You will be expected to commit to a minimum of four events per month, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with flexibility to support short‐notice shifts as required. This role includes a moderate amount of activity, including lifting, climbing stairs to those areas not accessible by lift, a moderate amount of walking and longer periods of standing up – all necessary health & safety training will be provided.
