Hybrid; 3-4 days London office, 1-2 days from home (must be happy with being in the office for up to 4 days a week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within a respected UK organisation.
This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and discretion. You will play a key role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
Preparing agendas, briefings, reports, and presentations
Supporting governance and leadership processes
Coordinating projects, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate recordsBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and ways of working
Experience required:
Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Experience within public sector, charitable, or mission-led organisations is desirable.
