What you'll be doing:

Supervising classes when the teacher's away.

Delivering pre‐set work and helping students stay focused.

Managing classroom behaviour with calm confidence.

Bringing energy and enthusiasm into every lesson.

Perfect if you:

Have a degree in any subject (education or not!).

Want experience before applying for teacher training or PGCE.

Are confident speaking to groups and building rapport quickly.
