The Opportunity
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will become part of a supportive and experienced team delivering a diverse range of structural engineering projects across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed‐use developments.

You will receive hands‐on experience, structured mentoring and exposure to all stages of the design process, helping you build the technical and professional skills needed to develop into a successful chartered Engineer.

What Youll Be Doing

Assisting with the design and analysis of structural engineering projects

Preparing calculations, drawings and technical reports

Working alongside experienced engineers on a variety of building structures

Attending site visits and project meetings

Supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to completion

Developing your technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentorship

About You
To be considered, you will have:

A degree in Structural Engineering (or a closely related discipline)

Strong communication and problem‐solving skills

The ambition to work towards Chartered Engineer status

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development

Location
This role is based in Truro, Cornwall. Applicants should either be locally based or willing to relocate to the area.
