HGV CLASS 2 HIAB DRIVER

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

\n

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday work, and long-term stability with a leading company in the industry.

\n

This role will suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, HIAB Driver, Grab Driver or Truck Driver.

\n

Shifts:

\n

 • Monday to Friday
\n  • Start times between 04:00 and 07:00

\n

Rates of Pay:

\n

 • £20.00 per hour

\n

Day-to-Day Duties:

\n

As an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, your duties will include:

\n

 • Driving Category C vehicles safely and efficiently
\n  • Completing between 5 and 12 deliveries per day across the UK
\n  • Delivering cable products using HIAB equipment
\n  • Ensuring all loads are secure and transported safely
\n  • Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift
\n  • Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and on time

\n

Essential Skills:

\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\n

 • A minimum of 24 months' Category C driving experience
\n  • A valid UK Category C Driving Licence
\n  • A valid Driver CPC Card
\n  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card
\n  • A valid HIAB ALLMI Licence
\n  • No more than six penalty points for minor offences
\n  • No DR10, DG10, IN10 or TT99 endorsements

\n

Desirable Experience:

\n

 • Previous multi-drop delivery experience
\n  • Previous HIAB delivery experience

\n

Training Provided:

\n

 • First-day driving assessment
\n  • Training provided where required
\n  • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment

\n
