Overview Join Careys' Design Team as a Temporary Works Design Engineer and lead the design of safe, efficient temporary works for complex, high-profile construction projects. You'll combine structural engineering expertise with practical buildability insights—bringing solutions to life through sketches, sequences, and models.
Responsibilities Lead and mentor Design Engineers and Technicians
Deliver temporary works designs that are fast, economical, and safe
Communicate build solutions clearly—through drawings, reports, and sequences
Collaborate across teams to ensure practical, buildable solutions
Explore new techniques and share innovations with peers
What You Will Bring Strong expertise in structural and geotechnical design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software (e.g. Robot, Wallap)
Clear communicator and confident leader
