About the role
We're looking for a Junior Amazon Ads Manager to join our growing team and support the running of Amazon advertising campaigns across a range of brands.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, likes getting into the detail, and wants to build a solid career in Amazon Ads (without needing to know it all already).

You'll be learning how Amazon Ads works as part of the bigger picture - including content, rankings, stock, promotions, and overall account performance.

What you'll be doing

Helping build and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns

Keyword & search term research

Tracking budgets, spend, ROAS, ACOS & TACoS

Reviewing performance and spotting opportunities

Supporting reporting and client updates

Working with the wider team to connect ads with marketplace activity

Learning end-to-end Amazon Ads management (not just button-clicking)

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with numbers & spreadsheets

Analytical thinking

Organised and reliable approach to work

Interest in ecommerce, marketplaces or digital advertising

Willingness to learn quickly

Positive, proactive attitude

Amazon Ads experience is highly preferred

Hybrid working: 2 days a week in our Fulham / Parsons Green office
