Their Commercial Property team is one of the largest dedicated property teams in Plymouth and advises a broad range of businesses, developers, investors and lenders across the region and beyond. You will have the opportunity to work on matters including:
Commercial acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Development projects and site acquisitions
Property finance and secured lending
Asset and investment transactions
Renewable energy projects
Portfolio management work
Commercial leases and refinancing matters
This role would suit somebody who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent client service and wants to become part of a genuinely friendly and ambitious team.
You do not need decades of experience to be considered. What matters most is enthusiasm, strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a desire to build your career within a highly regarded regional firm.
The successful candidate will:
Be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive with up to 4 years' PQE
Have experience or a genuine interest in commercial property work
Be personable, motivated and commercially minded
Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
Have strong organisational and client care skills
Be keen to contribute to networking and business development opportunities
