Overview
MONCLER is looking for a part‐time (32 hours) mandarin‐speaking Client Advisor to join our team at London Selfridges .

Our Client Advisors, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, guide each client across the brand's values and heritage, building a profitable, long‐lasting relationship. The Client Advisor works with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing to team targets.

Your Impact
Responsibilities and tasks:

Provides the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer's needs, providing support while trying the products on, cross‐selling, orienting customers to other departments if necessary.

Ensures a unique client experience, creating a long‐lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after‐sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

Achieves excellent selling performances and results.

Implements and maintains company's visual standards in store, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management.

Actively cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories, product replenishment and stock activities.

Ensures that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times.

Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner.

Qualifications
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies; experience in menswear is a plus.

Passion for retail, client service and luxury fashion.

Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.

Strong communication skills.

Willingness to evolve in the organization.

Fluency & sophistication in Mandarin and English; another language is a plus.

Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Ability to work in a fast‐paced, changing environment.
