Identify opportunities to improve trader efficiency, risk management, and operational workflows, translating insights into impactful product and UX improvements.
Develop a strong understanding of Trading systems—including pricing models, risk tooling, proprietary platforms, and third‐party data feeds—and translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to solve challenging trader and operational needs, particularly within risk management, market operations, and real‐time workflows.
Design for high‐stakes, real‐time environments, mapping end‐to‐end user journeys, edge cases, failure states, and operational scenarios.
Leverage data, trading metrics, user feedback, and research insights to continuously iterate on designs and improve usability, efficiency, and performance.
Drive high‐quality design output across web‐based internal tooling, from interaction models and prototypes through to production‐ready designs.
Communicate design decisions effectively, using clear rationale, storytelling, and structured thinking to align stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Contribute to key product KPIs including operational efficiency, speed to market, usability, and trading performance.
Leverage AI‐powered design, research, and productivity tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.

Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver high‐quality design work across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to solve challenging workflow and systems problems, particularly within operational or decision‐support tools.
Experience conducting user research, facilitating discovery sessions, and translating user insights into product improvements.
Ability to simplify technical or domain‐specific concepts into intuitive, user‐centered experiences.
Experience designing for edge cases, real‐time states, data‐rich interfaces, and advanced interaction models.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with proven success partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and subject matter experts.
Experience working within and contributing to design systems while balancing consistency with product needs.
Familiarity with AI‐assisted design workflows and the practical application of emerging tools to improve speed and quality.
Familiarity with sports betting, financial trading, or market‐based systems is a plus but not required.
Success Profile
Operates independently and proactively, taking ownership of outcomes and identifying opportunities without waiting for direction.
Thrives in domain‐heavy environments where learning, curiosity, and close collaboration with subject matter experts are critical to success.
