General Manager – Student Living (PBSA)

We’re working with a fast-growing, design-led operator in the student living sector, backed by a well-established UK property group, to recruit a General Manager for a key London asset.

This is a role that offers real ownership. You’ll be responsible for leading the on-site team, driving operational performance, and shaping the overall resident experience within a high-quality, community-focused environment.

It’s a varied position combining day-to-day leadership with commercial responsibility—overseeing everything from site operations and contractor management to budgets, reporting and customer experience.

We’re looking for someone with experience in PBSA, residential or hospitality environments who is comfortable leading teams, managing performance, and operating in a fast-paced setting. A strong focus on customer experience, combined with a hands-on and solutions-oriented approach, will be key.
