Enterprise Agile & Product Coach


Location: London / Staines / Brighton (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 DOE

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)


We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing an exciting transformation journey and are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile & Product Coach to help drive agile maturity and product-led ways of working across a complex enterprise environment.

This is a high-impact role working with senior leaders, product managers and cross-functional teams to embed scalable agile practices, strengthen product capabilities and improve alignment between strategy, prioritisation and delivery. You will play a key role in fostering a culture focused on customer outcomes, continuous improvement and empowered decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level coaching across teams, leadership groups and portfolio functions to embed effective agile and product-led practices.
  • Support senior leaders in developing agile and product-focused mindsets to improve strategic alignment and decision-making.
  • Guide teams in maturing delivery practices and adopting product-centred planning and prioritisation approaches.
  • Deliver coaching across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, problem definition, hypothesis-driven development, iterative delivery, commercial analytics, scaling and product maintenance.
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners to build organisational product capability.
  • Design and facilitate training programmes, workshops and learning initiatives covering agile methodologies, product management and modern delivery practices.
  • Develop and support communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration and consistency.
  • Champion psychological safety, coaching cultures and high-performing team environments.
  • Promote continuous improvement and outcome-focused delivery across the organisation.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience coaching teams and leaders in agile delivery, product management or product coaching environments.
  • Proven experience implementing and embedding a Product Operating Model, including organisational structures, governance, roles and behaviours.
  • Strong track record of coaching agile at scale across multiple teams, portfolios and complex enterprise organisations.
  • Extensive experience in product management, product coaching or product leadership, including product discovery, hypothesis-driven development and backlog prioritisation.
  • Experience coaching Product Managers and cross-functional product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Agile coaching certifications or recognised scaled agile qualifications such as SAFe, LeSS or Nexus.
  • Excellent facilitation, workshop delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, foster psychological safety and influence at all levels.
  • Adaptable coaching style with the ability to tailor approaches to varying levels of organisational maturity.
  • Naturally curious and proactive, with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Confident, collaborative and approachable communication style.
