Summary

• Our client, based in Port Talbot, Wales, is looking for someone to join their small HR team as an HR Business Partner
• The role is hybrid and will include travel

Our Client

My client is a well-established, privately-owned business, that is a global market leader, specialising in animal nutrition.

The Role

In this role you will be working closely with the Head of HR to transform the HR offering to this market leading business of circa 150 employees across multiple geographies

Main Duties

• Generalist HR
• Coaching management
• Building the right culture
