Senior IT Project Manager – Retail - £85K

Our multi-site retail client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can take a leadership role in their large-scale transformation programme that spans a multinational market. They are looking for someone who can support a portfolio of projects and provide delivery and governance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced delivery leader to oversee complex business and technology projects, manage high-performing teams and work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and customer innovation.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale cross-functional transformation projects
• Oversee budgets, timelines, governance and delivery performance
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
• Manage and develop Project Managers within the delivery team
• Drive Agile, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value

Key Skills:

• Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale IT transformation
• Strong leadership and people management capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience within retail, hospitality or leisure industries preferred
• Financial management and vendor management expertise
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications desirable
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe when required

Salary: £85,000 per annum + Benefits

Location: West London (4 days per week required on site)
