Client Advisor | Luxury & Premium Retail

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 + Benefits

At 360 Talent, we are currently partnering with a number of luxury and premium retail brands across London seeking experienced Client Advisors to join their teams.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of retail experience in London within their current or most recent role. This could be within a boutique, concession, department store, or premium customer service environment.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail experience in London in your current or most recent position

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Passion for luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands

• Proven ability to work towards sales and KPI targets

• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

• Clienteling experience is advantageous

What's on offer:
