Depot / Operations Manager

Big Box / Shed Retail / FMCG

Up to £55,000 salary +car + bonus + package

West London

Your experience

Proven experience in managing fast paced big box retail, warehouse or fleet operations in a fast paced consumer focussed environment as well as being a confident decision maker who can operate under time pressures
A strong leader with the ability to manage through others, plan, deliver and hold people to account for their deliverables
Used to delivering all commercial KPI’s, focussing on the customer, leading from the front and delivering volume, accuracy and customer targets

Day to day

Managing close knit teams of experts across different functions within the business
Managing multiple stakeholders with a continual focus on delivering for demanding customers and making sure they are at the centre of everything that is focused on by the business
Working in fast paced environments where flexibility and resilience are key to achieving the right goals in the right order on a daily basis
Operating effectively in high pressure environments at pace and most importantly being able to take your managers and your teams with you
Being proactive, anticipating issues in advance and having the ability to plan to mitigate for these issues to a high standard
