Architectural Technologist (Outside IR35) - London - 6 month initial contract

A well established architectural practice in London is actively looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join them initially on a 6 month contract basis.

The practice focuses on larger scale projects including life science, large industrial units (UK and Europe), healthcare and transportation. The pipeline is more healthcare focused with the majority of project ranging between stages 3-5.

Start: ASAP

Location: London

Salary/Rate: DOE

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

Due to an increase in workload across various different project types, they are looking to increase there technical team to assist with this demand. This will include completing Revit detailing packages, coordinating,

Requirements:

• Strong technical bias (experience working on stages 3-5), on site experience is desirable.
• Experience working on varied complex schemes, healthcare experience preferable.
• Strong experience with Revit, ideally used for 4+ years.

The role would be 3 days p/w in office and with immediate interview and start dates.
