An opportunity has now arisen to join their small but highly ranked contentious tax team to deal with a wide range of tax disputes for an eclectic client base.

Clients

• Family offices/Private Capital
• UHNWIs
• Entrepreneurs
• Private and listed companies
• Partnerships

Role

• Corporate tax disputes
• Private wealth disputes
• Indirect tax disputes such as income tax, CGT, inheritance tax, trust arrangements that have gone wrong
• Tax related professional negligence disputes
• Tax related trust and commercial disputes

Successful candidate

• Qualified lawyer with at least 1 years UK post qualification experience
