Experimentation Specialist

London, Oxford Street - 4 days in office

Up to £45,000

This is a chance to join a growing experimentation Centre of Excellence within a large, digitally focused retail group. You will play a key role in shaping how experimentation is delivered across multiple brands and platforms, with real influence from day one.

The Role

• Support the build out of a centralised experimentation Centre of Excellence
• Translate business OKRs into clear experimentation roadmaps
• Prioritise, design, run and analyse A/B tests across digital platforms
• Act as the experimentation expert for cross functional teams
• Own relationships with technical and implementation teams
• Support CRM split testing alongside website experimentation

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong hands on experience running experimentation programmes
• Experience setting up and analysing A/B tests on platforms such as Optimizely
• Confident working with metrics and communicating insights clearly
• Ability to balance strategy, prioritisation and execution
• Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
