Mid-Weight Interior Designer - Boutique Hospitality

Job description

We’re exclusively partnering with a highly creative hospitality studio in London who are growing their team. They have designed some of the most beautiful restaurants, bars and members clubs across London, Europe and internationally.

Their work is highly concept-driven, with every project having its own identity and a real focus on atmosphere, materials and how the space feels to experience. They are now looking for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their collaborative studio environment, someone confident working across different stages of a project and excited to work closely alongside the founders.

The Role:

• Working across hospitality and wellness projects in London and internationally, from concept through to completion
• Supporting the development of design concepts, layouts and spatial ideas
• Creating presentations, mood boards, material palettes and FF&E selections
• Developing concepts through SketchUp and Enscape (or similar rendering software)
• Producing detailed technical drawing packages and developing projects through to Stage 4/Tender stages
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and the wider design team
• Attending site visits and supporting projects through delivery
• Maintaining design quality and consistency across all project phases

Requirements:

• Experience working within hospitality or high-end residential interiors
• Comfortable working across both concept and technical stages
• Strong creative design eye with a passion for materials, finishes and detail
• Excellent AutoCAD skills, with strong SketchUp and Enscape (or similar rendering software) abilities
• Confident producing technical packages through to Stage 4/Tender
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
• Organised, proactive and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a creative studio environment
