Revit Technician
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office Based
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join a growing and dynamic fabrication business based in Blackpool. We work extensively within the Hospitality sector manufacturing steel counters, benches, sink units and ventilation products. This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit professional with 1–3 years' experience who is looking to develop their technical expertise and work on a variety of exciting projects. Working closely with engineers, designers, and a project manager, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Revit while supporting project delivery from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and technical drawings.
• Coordinate models with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with company and industry standards.
• Assist in resolving design and coordination issues
• Support project delivery across multiple live projects. • Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM and Revit processes.
Requirements
• 1–3 years' experience using Revit within an engineering, architectural, or construction environment.
• Good understanding of technical drawing production and modelling principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of BIM processes would be advantageous.
Desirable Skills
• Experience working within MEP, Structural, Civil or Architectural projects.
• Familiarity with Navisworks or BIM coordination software.
• Understanding of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience producing coordinated construction information.
