CAD Designer - Bespoke Joinery

£50,000 - £60,000 | Super-Prime Residential | Progression | Hybrid

Commutable from Southampton, Salisbury, Basingstoke, Reading etc.

Are you a CAD Designer with Joinery experience looking to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the world, with a variety of work, a competitive package, flexible hours and a clear scope to progress?

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected bespoke joinery business working at the very top end of residential — think stately homes, royal households and some of the most prestigious private properties in the UK.

With a full order book, exciting growth plans and a team that takes real pride in its craft, this is a great time to get on board.

You'll be converting architects / Interior Designers concepts into production-ready CAD models, working closely with the shopfloor and liaising directly with clients and suppliers on some truly exceptional projects. Working on traditional design, it would be highly desirable to have experience in doors, windows or similar.

If you're a CAD Designer with Joinery experience looking to develop technically or step into a leadership role, this is worth a conversation.

The Role

▪ Design detailed CAD models across super-prime residential joinery projects

▪ Turn architects' concepts into drawings ready for manufacture

▪ Collaborate with the shopfloor to keep projects on track

▪ Work directly with high-end clients on technical specs and requirements

▪ Optional progression to head up the design function

The Person ✅

▪ Background in joinery or timber design — essential

▪ Experience with AutoCAD

▪ Confident communicator with clients and suppliers

▪ Detail-focused, comfortable working from architectural drawings
