Technical Consultant | SaaS / eCommerce | UK

Our client is looking for a Technical Consultant to join their growing Professional Services team and work directly with some of the world's leading online retailers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with customer-facing consulting.

You'll play a key role in onboarding customers, gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, supporting integrations, and driving successful platform implementations from discovery through go-live and beyond.

Key requirements:

• Experience in Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Implementation roles

• Background working with SaaS, eCommerce, or digital platforms

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures

• Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, or CSV

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
