Technician/Technologist for multi-unit housing projects

£40,000 - £50,000 p.a.

This medium-sized architectural practice, based in South London, and is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist with several years of professional experience to join its friendly and collaborative team on a permanent basis.

As the successful candidate you will play a key role in the post-planning stages of medium to large-scale UK housing projects, contributing to the delivery of thoughtfully designed, high-quality residential schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established studio renowned for its design excellence and strong project portfolio.

Applicants should demonstrate solid technical ability and proficiency in Revit, which is essential for this role. Experience with NBS would be highly advantageous. A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team are important qualities for success in this position.
