# Grab Driver (Clamshell Operator) Sheffield

Location: Sheffield Job Type: Temporary (3 Months, with the potential to be extended) Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Grab Wagon Driver/Operator with Clamshell experience to join our client's team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate, consistent weekday hours, and the opportunity for overtime.

## Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am 4:00pm
• 40-hour working week
• Overtime available

## Key Responsibilities

Operating a grab wagon fitted with a clamshell attachment. Transporting materials including stone, concrete, muck and tarmac. Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently. Lifting and moving palletised materials using lifting straps. Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is maintained to a high standard. Complying with all health and safety procedures on site.

## Requirements

Experience operating a grab wagon with a clamshell attachment. Experience transporting construction and aggregate materials. Good understanding of site health and safety requirements. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
