HGV Class 2 Driver - Carlisle

£15.11 per hour | Full-time | Immediate Starts

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for HGV Class 2 Drivers seeking stable, long-term work with excellent earning potential and clear career progression. This role offers structured routes, premium early start pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Pay & Benefits

• £15.11 per hour (standard rate)
• £16.16 per hour for hours worked between 3:00am and 6:00am
• Full-time hours (40 per week)
• Genuine temp-to-perm opportunity

Working Pattern

• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Start times from 3:00am or 7:00am

The Role

• Delivering palletised goods to courier depots and delivery units
• Typically 4-5 drops per shift
• Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate paperwork

Requirements

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence, CPC and Digi Card
• Good knowledge of driving regulations
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused
• Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply (assessment required)
