Reach FLT Driver

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Forklift driver for our client in Middlesbrough, the ideal candidate would also have a Counterbalance license, but this is not essential.

Pay Rates:

£13.50ph-£16.09ph depending on shift (+ earn holiday pay as you work)

Overtime rates for weekend work

Shifts:

Monday - Friday

6am-2:30pm / 2pm-10:30pm / 10pm-6:30am - shifts do not rotate

You'll be an essential part of the warehouse and logistics team, handling materials and finished products in a busy manufacturing environment. Heavy lifting is involved, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on role.

All forklift truck licenses must have been completed within the last 3 years, and be externally accredited.

Duties:

Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move goods throughout the warehouse

Carry out manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and moving stock when required

Store products in designated locations and assist with stock control activities

Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or safety concerns

Pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while following health and safety procedures
