Graduate Building Surveyor – Healthcare & Education Surveys
Are you a recent Building Surveying graduate looking to kick-start your career on meaningful, large-scale projects? We’re working with a growing organisation that has an immediate opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.
This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience across the healthcare and education sectors, delivering high-level asset surveys on some of the largest schemes currently in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-level asset surveys across healthcare and education sites
Nationalwide travel
Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis
Contribute to project delivery and client interactions
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Building Surveying
Strong interest in gaining experience in the sector
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Good communication and organisational skills
What’s on Offer:
Salary: £25,500 – £27,000
