  • Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Client-focused and commercially aware
  • Confident working in a fast-paced project environment
  • Able to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven

✅ Your Experience

  • MRICS (or working towards) preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in cost management or consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
  • Experience across pre- and post-contract stages
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
