The Half Moon, Herne Hill is seeking an exceptional General Manager to oversee one of Fuller's iconic London establishments. The successful candidate will combine outstanding leadership skills with strong commercial acumen to drive business performance and guest experience.

You will lead a high-performing team while maximizing every revenue opportunity, ensuring that The Half Moon remains the premier venue in the area. This role requires significant experience in a high-volume food and drink environment and a proven track record in sales growth.
