People Partner - ER & Org Change Leader (12m FTC)

Job description

Airedale Group is seeking a People Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support strategic people initiatives. This role requires extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience in similar positions.

The successful applicant will work closely with local leaders, offer credible advice on employee relations, and enhance workforce capabilities. Responsibilities include managing change initiatives, utilising workforce analytics, and improving organisational culture.

The position, based in Brackley, is full-time with working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
