Tax Director – International Tax / Transactions

Join a high‑performing global investment platform as a senior international tax leader. We’re looking for a commercially minded Tax Senior Manager / Director to shape tax strategy across major cross‑border projects, transactions, and financing initiatives.

You’ll be the go‑to adviser for senior stakeholders, leading tax input on acquisitions, investments, restructurings, new market entry, and capital structuring. From early‑stage assessment through to execution, you’ll turn complex international tax issues into clear, actionable recommendations that drive value and manage risk.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, deal‑driven environment, someone who can operate autonomously, influence at senior levels, and navigate complex global structures. You’ll work across EMEA, APAC, and beyond, partnering with Legal, Finance, Treasury, and external advisers to deliver high‑impact outcomes.

Requitements

• Deep international tax expertise (UK + cross‑border)
• Strong experience in transactions, structuring, and financing
• Ability to simplify complexity and provide commercially grounded advice. Confidence operating with senior leadership in a global organisation.
• Professional qualification (ACA/CTA/CA/ACCA/LLM or equivalent)
